Making Glowing Pokeballs

First attempt came out a little shaky because we used a craft knife on the paper cut out but, I was very pleased with the results. The next ones came out super clean because we used a rotary cutter on those. Pictures don't do it justice, it's so beautiful and mesmerizing to look at even during the day without the LED lights.
Clear plastic fillable ornaments ordered from Amazon. I used a crappy pair of fingernail clippers to snip off the the loop for hanging. Beware of shrapnel! I suggest wearing eye protection for this step.
Battery operated LED lights ordered from Amazon.
Card stock paper cut out colored black with sharpie.
A small piece of clear packing tape holds the cut out in place.

8" wide strips of rainbow iridescent cellophane.
Two battery operated LED lights facing opposite directions.
Rolling the lights in cellophane.
Stuffing the ornaments.
Small strips of clear packing tape on the seam ensure the ball stays together.
